About Free Shipping offers:
We offer Free Shipping to mainland UK addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands, on any order over £25.00. Please note this is a standard delivery service, without any tracking and may take up to 10 days depending on the service we use for your location. If you need something quicker, please choose an express service that will be guaranteed
What about product warranties?
You have a legal right to return any goods that are received faulty or incomplete, but you must notify us as soon as you are aware of this problem and we’ll replace the item for you.
Are you official importers?
Yes, we are. In fact, on many items, we are the primary UK importer and distributor, benefitting from the very best prices and service from our supply partners, which we pass on to you.
Are you simply dropshippers?
No, definitely not. We hold many thousands of £’s worth of stock in our own and other warehouses across the UK. We do this to get the best prices, so we can pass those savings on to you, and to make sure you get the goods fast
My Orders
When will my order ship?
We normally ship cleared, paid for goods within 24 hours of the confirmed order. At busy times (eg; Christmas), this may be extended to 48 hours on average. If there is going to be any longer delay, we will of course let you know
What if I need to return something?
If you have a faulty or damaged item, please use our ticket system to notify us. We will then arrange to contact you for more information and to replace the item.
Who do you use for deliveries?
We generally use Hermes and Royal Mail. We rarely have any issues, but to make sure, please check your address is the same as the one shown on the Royal Mail address and postcode checker
